Elaine joined Winco in 2009 to launch a Marketing department and soon incorporated the Product Development function. In 2016, Elaine was promoted to Vice President of Marketing incorporating category sales divisions and strategic account sales management. In 2018, Elaine was promoted to President of the Winco business unit, and to an EVP group role with TFG. Previously, Elaine worked at Deloitte in risk management and internal controls.
Elaine has a BA in Honors Business Administration from Western University and a degree from Richard Ivey School of Business Chartered in Professional Accounting.
