Chief Operating Officer – G.E.T.
Joyce joined G.E.T. in 1993. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of G.E.T. in 2016. Prior experience was at East China Normal University as an Associate Professor. Joyce has 28 years of operations experience in the tableware industry. She has extensive leadership experience in supply chain management, distribution logistics, operational optimization, ERP systems integration/implementation, customer service, and benchmarking.
Joyce has a B.S. in Physics from Shanghai Normal University
